Dispatch

We hand-pour and pack every order ourselves. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Where we ship and what it costs

Deliveries within the Baltics go to a parcel locker of your choice. You pick the locker on the cart page before checkout.

Charges are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email labas@oikaipkvepia.lt with your order number and we will chase it.

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free of charge.

Customs

We currently ship only within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties on your order.
