Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may refuse an order if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Delivery

We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping policy.

Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods.

Returns

You have a 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund policy for how it works.

Our products

Candles are hand-poured in small batches. Colour, texture and scent strength may vary slightly between batches. This is normal and not a fault.

Safety: never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets and anything flammable. Burn on a heat-resistant surface. Trim the wooden wick to 4-6 mm before each burn.

Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking this contract. We are not liable for damage caused by failing to follow the safety guidance above.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies.
